Discovery

Pre-Engagement

A focused 30-min discovery pinpoints your goals and gaps, then a one-page SoW locks scope, fee, and payment terms so we start crystal-clear.

Days 0-2

Onboarding

Complete a lean intake form in Asana, upload your GTM materials (website, decks, messaging), and get access to a shared Google Workspace for real-time collaboration throughout the sprint.

Week 1

Diagnose

Complete a 60-minute strategy session reviewing market positioning and funnel performance. Get your Week 1 hypothesis, recommended pivots, and a GTM SWOT report highlighting what's working and what needs fixing.

Week 2

Finalize Deliverables & Execute

Choose your priority pillar Monday; we build and iterate all week. Day 14, receive the finished asset, a polished exec deck, and a 1-hour review to lock your new GTM roadmap.
