I've spentย the last 16 years on the operator side of healthcare technology, building and fixing go-to-market systems across sales, marketing, product, and growth.

$175M+ in deals closed across health systems and payers spanning software, services, and devices. Over $275M helped raise for Series A through C companies in the last three years. Scaled a company from $7M to $54M from Series A to IPO.

I started Health Tech House because the same problem kept surfacing: strong products, capable teams, and a commercial engine that couldn't keep up. Whether it's a portfolio company that needs a GTM reset or a CEO preparing for their next raise, we come in, diagnose what's broken, and build the systems to fix it.

I lead every engagement personally, bringing deep expertise across value-based care, digital health, AI, SaaS, and tech-enabled care models.

But my "why" didn't start in a boardroom.

This work is personal.

My commitment to healthcare started as a patient. Stage 4 endometriosis taught me how the system fails people when no one is advocating for them. My grandfather Jack Bridges died from sepsis after a missed diagnosis during a care transition. I carry that with me in every engagement.

That experience is why I only work in healthcare, and why I care whether the technology actually reaches the patients and providers it was built for.
